Measure Menu

Option	Action
ROI -> Measure	Applies a standard size ROI to the current image. Displays the ROI statistics dialog, showing the statistics for the ROI. You can change the position and size of the ROI from the dialog. See “ Region of interest (ROI) Analysis ”.
ROI -> View -> ROI statistics	Displays the ROI statistics dialog, showing the statistics for the ROI on the current image. See “ Draw and Measure Pixel Values in a Region of Interest (ROI) ”.
ROI -> View -> ROI histogram	Displays a ROI histogram window. See “ ROI Histogram ”.
ROI -> View -> ROI buffer	Saves the current ROI to the buffer. See “ Saving ROI data to the Buffer ”.
ROI -> View -> ROI Intensity Curves	Displays the ROI intensity curve(s). See “ ROI intensity curves ”.
ROI -> ROI Buffer -> ROI -> Buffer	Saves the current ROI to the buffer. See “ Saving ROI data to the Buffer ”.
ROI -> ROI Buffer -> Clear	Clears the content of the ROI buffer. See “ ROI Buffer functions ”.
ROI -> ROI Buffer -> Load ...	Loads the ROI Buffer and applies it to the active data set. See “ Saving and Loading ROI Specifications ”.
ROI -> ROI Buffer -> Save ...	Saves the current ROI buffer to disk. See “ Saving and Loading ROI Specifications ”.
ROI -> Current ROI -> Save ...	Saves the current ROI to disk. See “ Saving and loading ROIs ”.
ROI -> Current ROI -> Load ...	Loads a single ROI from disk. See “ Saving and loading ROIs ”.
ROI -> Current ROI -> Copy	Copies the current ROI to the clipboard.
ROI -> Current ROI -> Paste	Pastes the ROI on the clipboard onto the current image
ROI -> ROI mask	Clears (nulls) all pixels inside or outside the current ROI or make 1/0 mask. See “ ROI masks ”.
Line Profile	Measures the pixel intensity along a defined line in the image. See “ Line profile ”.
Distance	Measures the distance (in mm or pixels) along a defined line in the image. See “ Measure distance ”.
