Saving and loading ROIs

Individual ROIs can be saved and reloaded to the image. To save the current ROI, select

• Main/Popup menu: ROI->Current ROI->Save

To load a saved ROI, select

• Main/Popup menu: Measure->ROI->Current ROI->Load...

Any ROI shape can be saved and reloaded. The loaded ROI will be applied to all images in the loaded image volume.

Note that only the ROI position, size and type are save using this method, not the actual ROI statistics. In order to save the ROI statistics, the ROI must be copied to the ROI buffer. The ROI is saved as a text file with extension .ROI.
