Copying and pasting ROIs

ROIs can be copied from one image volume to another. To copy the ROI in the active image volume, select

• Main Menu: Measure->ROI->current ROI->Copy (Ctrl + K)

Set the image series you want to paste the ROI to active. To past the ROI, select

• Main Menu: Measure->ROI->current ROI->Paste (Ctrl + V)

Any ROI shape can be copied and pasted.

The pasted ROI will be applied to all images in the loaded image volume.

Note that only the ROI position, size and type is copied using this method, not the actual ROI statistics.

Alternatives:

• Use the shortcut Ctrl+K to copy the ROI.
• Use the shortcut Ctrl+V to paste the ROI
