Region
of interest (ROI) analysis
nordicICE has a comprehensive functionality for
quantitative analysis of medical digital images. Multiple ROIs may be
measured in any image, and/or different slices in an image series. The ROI
values may be saved as a semi-colon delimited text file or clipped directly
into a spreadsheet for analysis. Individual ROI shapes and locations may be saved, and reloaded onto the same or other compatible images.
Multiple independent ROIs drawn on a series of images in an image series may
be saved together and loaded onto analogous image series. Related topics:
