Second step of the BOLD/DTI Wizard - Select Series

The available series from the selected patient are listed on the Select Series page. Select the series you want to analyse, and a Structural dataset to use as underlay. To mark series of unknow type, right click them with your mouse, and select the appropriate type from the pop-up menu. Click "Next" to continue after selecting the series you want.

You must select one Structural dataset, and then you can select one DTI dataset, and several BOLD datasets. Hold down the Ctrl button to select multiple series.

For every selected series the type must be specified. Once set, the type will be remembered for later. To set the type, right click the series you would like to specify type for and select type from the pop-up menu.

Proceed to the next step. 

Cancel: 

Cancel the BOLD/DTI wizard.

Tips:

• Hold down shift button to select all series between the first and last clicked.
