display the Kinetic modelling tab, select Data modelling ...
from the Processing menu of the ROI intensity curves dialog. NOTE: See Dynamic
Contrast Enhanced (DCE) imaging for details on most of the options here. Kinetic model: Specifies type of kinetic model used to fit
the data. Vascular
deconvolution: properties of the
arterial input function (AIF) Arterial Input Function
(AIF): AIF can be extracted
for selected curve (by right-clicking on ROI curve to be set as AIF) or a default
(population based) AIF can be used. Image range: specify image range for estimation of contrast
agent wash-in rate. Population based AIF: specify properties of the default AIF Related topics:
