Series
Descriptor
A
series descriptor may be given for any image series loaded in nordicICE.
All subsequent analysis and data generated may be identified using this
series descriptor. The series descriptor appears at the top of the ROI
statistics window, the ROI buffer and the ROI Intensity curve window. It is
particularly useful when evaluating ROIs from a number of different image
sets simultaneously. For DICOM images, the series descriptor is by default
set equal to the series descriptor in the DICOM header. Related topics:
