Image Subtract

This option lets you subtract images from a reference image in the same image.

Image subtract works on an image series.

Select the image in the image series to be used as a reference image (called S1).

Open the Arithmetic Analysis settings dialog and perform the subtraction:

1. Main Menu:Process -> Image Arithmetics...

2. In the Arithmetic Analysis settings dialog Select the Arithmetic operation tab.

3. In the Select series image operation framebox select the Subtract (S2-S1) radiobutton (default)

4. In the Source Image(s) (S1) framebox select the Current image radiobutton (default)

5. Click Process.

A new image window will appear, containing the subtracted images (not including the current image subtracted from itself).
