Rotation
When rotation mode is
activated a rotation "pie" is shown in each projection plane. Each
pie has an arm that may be dragged in order to rotate the projection around
the rotation axis of the given pie. The rotation of any of the projections
may be reset by clicking the corresponding Reset button. All
rotations may be reset simultaneously by clicking Reset all rotations
in the main menu. 1.

In
translation mode each projection plane may be dragged to its new position.
The translation of any of the projections may be reset by clicking the
corresponding Reset button. And all translations may be reset
simultaneously by clicking Reset all translations in the main

and manual coregistration
When rotation or
translation modes are selected while doing manual coregistration the applied
transformations are performed on the overlay only. In order to transform both
underlay and overlay simultaneously manual coregistration has to be disabled. Tips:
