Tractography MPR viewer

The Tractography MPR viewer can be displayed by clicking on the Launch 3D Viewer ... on the Fiber Tracking tab of the Diffusion Analysis dialog box.

Save a snapshot of the 3D window to the local DICOM database

Save a snapshot of the 3D window directly to PACS (if configured)

Save snapshot to file...

Save a snapshot of the 3D window to file.

Exit

Exit the tractography 3D viewer.

Interaction mode

Sets the mouse-3D-window interaction mode:
Trackball (Default): Motion occurs when mouse button is pressed and the mouse pointer moves.
Joystick: Motion occurs continuously as long as mouse button is pressed.
Flight: Left mouse button press produces forward motion. Right mouse button press produces reverse motion. Moving mouse during motion steers user in desired direction.

Plane interpolation

Switch on/off smoothing (nearest neighbor) of the image planes.

Intensity / Contrast | Edit Win Level

Enable adjustment if Window / Level. A rectangular shape will appear in the bottom left corner of the 3D window. Hold down the left mouse button and move the mouse up-down (level) and right-left (window) over the shape.

Intensity / Contrast | Reset Win Level

Reset to initial settings.

Define which properties to be shown when using Pick fibers feature

View histogram

View histogram of pixel-value frequency when using Volume of Interest (VOI) feature

Hide box

Hide the Volume of Interest (VOI) box in the 3D window

Hide control panel

Hide the control panel on the right-hand side (e.g. for enabling full-screen 3D window)

Orientation box

Toggle on/off the display of a image volume orientation box in the bottom right corner of the 3D window. The letters on the box indicates the following;
A: Anterior, P: Posterior,
R: Right, L: Left,

I: Inferior, S: Superior.

Reset view

Reset the 3D view to initial view.

Tips:

  • The rendered image volume can be changed by drag and drop of any image window from the nordicICE workspace over the 3D window.
