· Use noise level cutoff: when checked, the specified noise-level is used to eliminate pixels below the threshold from the arithmetic analysis.

· Noise level: Specifies the noise level threshold

· Smooth raw data: Apply nearest neighbour smoothing to the input data prior to analysis
