Image analysis tools Toolbar

The following buttons are included on the Image analysis tools toolbar .

Command	Button	Action	Alternative
Create perfusion  maps		Calculates the blod volume (rBV), blood flow (rBF)  mean transit time (rMTT)  an time to peak (rTTP) and displays a window image for each of these calcualtions.	Ctrl+P
Extract brain		Starts brain extraction.
