Batch analysis

The purpose of batch analysis is to do the same analysis on several datasets (for example different perfusion cases) using the same settings.

The following types of analysis can be done in batch:

• Perfusion (including VAI analysis)
• DCE
• T1 relaxation analysis
• T2 relaxation analysis
• Diffusion weighted imaging
• ASL analysis
• Coregistration
• Pre-processing
• Image conversion
• Motion correction
• ROI analysis
• Normalize and mask
• Image down sampling
• Resample to reference
• Dice coefficient analysis
• FS Segmentation (segmentation of anatomical segments from FreeSurfer of FastSurfer)

Perfusion, DCE, DWI, ASL and T1 & T2 mapping will run the same analysis as accessed from the GUI. All the same settings are available, except for those requiring a graphical user input.
