This tab is part of
the T2 Relaxation analysis settings dialog.
Specifies which output
images to generate from the relaxation analysis. Available images are:
T2/T2* relaxation map:
maps representing T2
or T2* -relaxation times (in units ms)
R2/R2* relaxation rate map: maps representing R2 pr R2*-relaxation rates
(in units 1/sec) where R2=1/T2
Mo map: relative equilibrium magnetization map. This
represents the fully recovered signal intensity in the respective sequences
Chi-square (error)
map: maps representing the
residual error between the input data and the fitted data
