3D
viewer function

Note:
The 3D viewer opacity function window can be displayed by clicking the
Modify opacity function on the Volume view tab in the Tractography
3D viewer.
The opacity transfer
function defines how to map the scalar values (pixels) in the image volume
dataset to opacity (transparency).
Opacity (red
curve):
Displays the actual
opacity as a function of scalar value. You can modify the curve by clicking
on the red markers and move them to the desired location. You can also define
new points by double-clicking on the desired location. The transfer function
and consequently the volume in the 3D window will be updated immediately.
Frequency (green
curve):
Displays the frequency
distribution of the scalar values (pixels) within the current image volume
dataset.
Reset
Reset the transfer
function to initial values.
