Data format and image parameters (nifti)

In case of loading Nifti data, there is no way for nordicICE to identify automatically how the data is sorted. This can then be specified under the <Image format> tab:

Note that the VAI module by default assumes the loaded data to be a double echo (GRE/SE) dataset. If the Nifti data is single echo, then the <Perfusion data is single echo> must be checked prior to analysis. When <Use Dicom attributes> is unchecked, the specified parameters will override the values in the Dicom header. As default for Dicom data, all relevant info is extracted from the header.
