The application will attempt to automatically set the image and slice order. Changing the image order or slice order will automatically update the image shown.

Parameters

TR is read from the DICOM header when present.

Other parameters are set as default in accordance to recommendations in Alsop et al (Recommended implementation of arterial spin-labeled perfusion MRI for clinical applications, Mag Reson Med 2015).
