Here, you can evaluate and change the noise threshold, change the outlier removal, apply Gaussian smoothing, and apply motion correction. Motion correction can be applied separately for control and label series combined with an initial coregistration of the first label/control pair.

There is also a possibility for creating time series. This is the control vs labelled image difference for each time point and will generate a new dynamic series of images.
