The diffusion analysis module can generate diffusion maps from MRI diffusion imaging studies. Diffusion maps can be generated based on diffusion gradients applied in 1, 3, or 6 (and more) directions. In case of 6 or more diffusion directions, diffusion tensor images (DTI) can be generated, and white matter tracts may be reconstructed using the Fiber Tracking feature.
